Transfer of Loan Portfolio and New Service Contact

We have transferred the management and service of our German consumer loan portfolio to a new owner, effective May 28, 2026. From this date onwards, the ongoing administration of German loan agreements will be handled by JTS Europe GmbH, including customer service, payment processing, and contract administration.
